About the Role
Join the team at Der Bäcker Eifler, a family-run bakery with over a century of tradition emphasizing quality and sustainability. As a Konditor (confectioner), you will work full-time in an unending employment contract starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing doughs for cakes, tortes, and slices.
- Handling fruit, cream, and custard layers of products.
- Creating innovative recipes and baked goods.
- Adjusting creations to seasonal trends and customer preferences.
- Assessing products for flavor, appearance, and quality standards.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training as a confectioner or equivalent baking and confectionery experience.
- Inventive mindset with a keen eye for decorating and designing cakes and pastries.
- Meticulous and clean work habits coupled with high quality standards.
- Ability to work well in teams, flexibility, and willingness to engage fully.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Experience working with various baking and decorating materials is an advantage.
- Passion for working with food and developing new product ideas.
