Job description
About the Company
Inverto is a globally recognized consultancy focused on procurement and supply chain management, supported by BCG. What began as a strong European business has expanded into an international organization with its own clear value proposition. Its Business Services teams are central to business enablement, driving ongoing improvements and influencing how the company scales. The role offers the chance to take ownership early and make a visible contribution in a setting that supports learning and growth.
Role Overview
As a Knowledge Enablement Specialist, you will serve as a dependable partner to project and pitch teams around the world. Your work will center on providing tailored research, insights, and analysis that help shape project results and support business development. By improving how knowledge is created, found, and used, you will help the organization work more efficiently, scale effectively, and adopt future-ready ways of working.
Key Impact Areas
- Support project and pitch teams with high-quality knowledge outputs that improve decision-making and strengthen client impact.
- Identify where knowledge is missing or underdeveloped and help close those gaps.
- Promote AI-supported use cases and contribute to better knowledge quality and easier access to information.
- Work across Practice Areas, Centers of Excellence, and project teams in different offices to strengthen the overall knowledge ecosystem.
- Help consulting teams adopt knowledge and AI tools through guidance, support, and training.
What You Bring
You should hold a degree in Business, Information Management, or a related discipline, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in knowledge management, research, or consulting support. The role calls for strong analytical ability, solid research skills, and the judgment to turn complex information into clear and practical conclusions. You should be comfortable using digital knowledge platforms and AI-based workflows, able to communicate well with a wide range of stakeholders, and capable of managing tasks independently from start to finish. The environment is fast-moving, so adaptability, collaboration, and a grounded, supportive attitude are important.
Working Style
This is a team-oriented role in a dynamic environment where mutual support, a practical mindset, and strong collaboration matter as much as expertise.
What We Offer
- Customized learning opportunities and personal coaching to help you build on your strengths and deepen your expertise.
- Flexible work arrangements designed to fit different personal situations, including family needs, life stages, and mobility preferences.
- Access to mental coaching and well-being support to help you stay resilient and perform well both professionally and personally.
- An employee referral program that rewards trusted recommendations.
- Comprehensive insurance coverage for added security and peace of mind.
- Individual mobility benefits that provide flexibility and convenience.
- Seasonal and team events that encourage connection, collaboration, and shared celebration.
