Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a seasoned Klaviyo professional who can diagnose and resolve a live Shopify + Klaviyo setup. The existing automations are already created and active, including abandoned cart, post-purchase, and order confirmation flows.
Key Challenge
The primary problem is that the abandoned checkout automation is not delivering emails, even though the Checkout Started event is reaching Klaviyo correctly from Shopify and the integration itself seems to be functioning. The right person should be able to trace the issue to its source and repair it without recreating the workflows from the ground up.
What Needs to Be Done
The task is to identify whether the blocker is related to consent handling, flow setup, integration behavior, or account-level settings, and then apply the necessary fix.
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience with Parcel Panel and its connection to Klaviyo is a strong advantage, especially for shipping notifications and order tracking pages.
