Kitchen Team Member

Role overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Back of House Team Member to join the team at Dôme Cafe Group in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. In this role, you will help prepare ingredients and menu items to a consistently high standard while also keeping the kitchen clean, orderly, and well cared for.

Dôme places strong emphasis on training its team members and providing the tools needed to succeed in the role.

What you will do

• Prepare ingredients and menu items with consistency and quality in mind.
• Support the kitchen in maintaining high standards for guest meals.
• Keep the back-of-house area clean, tidy, and properly maintained.

About you

• You genuinely enjoy serving food to guests and take pride in the outcome.
• You pay close attention to detail.
• You work well as part of a team.
• You take initiative and notice tasks that need to be completed.
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, though not essential.
• You must be able to work on weekends.
