The K Club is hiring an experienced Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant to support its culinary team at The Palmer Restaurant. The resort is a well-known leisure destination set in the Irish countryside, within easy reach of Dublin, and it offers a broad range of opportunities across its 550-acre grounds.

Key duties
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and presentable throughout service and after service ends.
- Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house spaces and staff areas.
- Work to the required hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times in line with HACCP requirements.
- Handle busy periods and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Remain adaptable with working hours as needed.
- Take part in any training provided by the company.
Experience and qualifications
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is required.
- A full driving licence is needed for this position.
- Own transport is necessary because the role is split across two clubhouses.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills are important.
- The ability to learn quickly and stay effective in a fast-paced setting is expected.
- Consistent attention to cleanliness and standards is essential.
