Role overview

At wagamama, food is at the heart of everything. The kitchen is built around fresh ingredients, dishes cooked to order, and a fast-moving team environment. In this role, you help keep the kitchen clean, organised, and working efficiently so chefs can stay focused on delivering great food.

Key duties

  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and ready-to-use kitchen throughout the shift.
  • Wash pots, pans, and other equipment so the cooking team can keep service moving.
  • Replenish cleaning materials and highlight when supplies are getting low.
  • Support with simple food preparation tasks when required.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene rules to protect yourself and your colleagues.
