Role overview
TRGC is looking for a Kitchen Porter to help keep its food operations running smoothly in a busy hospitality setting. This position supports the delivery of high-quality dishes and a consistently positive guest experience.
What you’ll do
You will contribute to standards across the kitchen by keeping work areas in top condition and supporting the team in producing food that looks and tastes great. You should also be open to ideas that can improve the dishes and overall kitchen experience.
Working pattern
This role is based in an airport environment, so shifts may begin as early as 3:00 am. Early starts also mean early finishes. You’ll need to remain flexible to cover these hours.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a kitchen porter or in a trainee kitchen role.
- A positive approach in a fast-moving airport setting.
- Flexibility to work early shifts, including starts from 3:00 am.
- Ability to provide a five-year work, education, or personal reference history.
- Willingness to complete a criminal record check.
