Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team by keeping the back-of-house area clean, organised, and ready for service.
• Assist with basic kitchen operations as needed during busy service periods.
• Help maintain standards that support smooth delivery across restaurant, bistro, meetings, events, and celebration catering.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the kitchen functions efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
