About the Role
The Momos Mafia in Dehradun is seeking dedicated Kitchen Operators to join their team. This position emphasizes consistent adherence to standardized procedures rather than creating new recipes.
Key Responsibilities
- Properly steam, fry, and complete momos according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare gravies and beverages utilizing premixed ingredients.
- Consistently heat, assemble, and serve menu items ensuring uniform quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen area.
- Adhere strictly to portion control and quality benchmarks.
- Operate efficiently, especially during peak business hours.
Candidate Requirements
- No formal chef training or experience required.
- Experience working in quick service restaurants (QSR) or fast food environments such as McDonald's, Domino's, or KFC is advantageous.
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and instructions accurately.
- Punctual, disciplined, and capable of working well within a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per operational requirements.

Compensation
