About the Role

Mahavir Cafe, a purely vegetarian establishment in Mumbai, is seeking a diligent and energetic Kitchen Helper cum All-Rounder to assist in the daily activities of the café. This role involves supporting food preparation, maintaining hygiene, customer interaction, and overall operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the café.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Chinese dishes, fast food items, and Pav Bhaji.
• Support with food preparation tasks including cutting and cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and dining areas.
• Attend to customers by taking orders and serving food when needed.
• Clear and clean customer tables post-service.
• Help in organizing inventory and managing stock efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned to facilitate daily café operations effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with preparing Chinese cuisine, fast food, or Pav Bhaji is advantageous.
• Open to fresh candidates eager to learn and grow in the role.
• Must be honest, punctual, hardworking, and capable of collaborating within a team environment.

• खाने के बाद टेबल साफ करना।
• स्टॉक और इन्वेंट्री का निरंतर प्रबंधन करना।
• खाद्य स्वच्छता और सुरक्षा के नियमों का पालन करना।
• कैफे के दैनिक कामकाज में सहयोग करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएं

• चाइनीज़, फास्ट फूड या पाव भाजी बनाने का अनुभव हो तो प्राथमिकता।
• सीखने की इच्छा रखने वाले फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• ईमानदार, समय का पाबंद, मेहनती और टीम के साथ काम करने में सक्षम होना जरूरी।
