Role Overview

The Kids Club Supervisor oversees the resort’s recreational programming, ensuring all guest activities meet high standards of quality and enjoyment. Leading a team of activity coordinators and guides, you will plan, execute, and coordinate diverse daily activities that enhance the overall guest experience across fitness, cultural, adventure, and entertainment domains. Close collaboration with resort departments and the Recreation Manager ensures alignment with the brand’s values and a seamless, luxury guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily recreational and entertainment activities for guests, ensuring organization, engagement, and adherence to resort standards.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent guest service and fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Offer inclusive activities spanning fitness, wellness, adventure, cultural, educational, and social areas.
  • Engage guests actively, gather feedback, tailor experiences, and create special events for occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the activity team, supporting their preparedness and performance through briefings, training, and feedback.
  • Plan and schedule varied activities incorporating guest interests, resort themes, and seasonal offerings while innovating new concepts.
  • Coordinate with departments like Spa, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to integrate activities into the resort experience.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, conduct risk assessments, equip and train the team in emergency procedures, and maintain all equipment.
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback for continuous activity improvement and promptly resolve any guest concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage inventories for activity materials, oversee scheduling for efficiency, and assist in budgeting activities within limits.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Guest Services teams to promote activities and ensure guest requests are managed effectively.
  • Support additional resort events and personal/team development initiatives.
