Role Summary
The property is seeking a Kids Club Attendant who is attentive, lively, and dependable, with a genuine interest in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for children. The role supports memorable guest experiences for younger visitors through supervised activities and caring interaction.
Key Duties
- Oversee children participating in Planet Trekkers activities, games, and creative programmes.
- Keep every child safe, comfortable, and happy throughout their time in the Kids Club.
- Ensure the club remains clean, orderly, and hygienic at all times.
- Greet children and parents in a warm manner and respond thoughtfully to questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with the Recreation team and other departments to help daily operations run smoothly.
- Adhere to health, safety, brand, and child safeguarding requirements.

- Prior exposure to a kids' club, childcare setting, recreation area, or a comparable environment.
- A patient, caring, and approachable manner when dealing with children and parents.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Practical awareness of safety, hygiene, and child supervision expectations.
- A diploma or another relevant qualification in Hospitality, Childcare, or a similar discipline is preferred.
