Role overview
As a Kids Club Attendant, you will support the youth program by delivering safe, enjoyable, and educational experiences for children of hotel guests and members in a friendly, welcoming setting. The role is centered on creating a positive atmosphere, building trust with children and parents, and helping the club run smoothly day to day.
What you will do
- Help deliver the youth program’s objective of offering fun, educational, and caring activities for children.
- Interact positively with children and parents who use the club’s child activity services and build a warm rapport with them.
- Lead daily activities such as arts and crafts, games, story reading, and singing sessions.
- Promote youth programs and events, and support parents with registration for activities.
- Keep the club area and equipment tidy, clean, and in good working order.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete required safety training and certifications.
- Follow company procedures, maintain a neat and professional appearance, and protect confidential information and company property.
- Greet all guests in line with service standards, handle guest needs proactively, and assist guests with disabilities as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, answer phone calls with proper etiquette, and maintain strong working relationships with teammates.
- Meet quality standards, handle light physical tasks, and complete other reasonable duties assigned by management.

The work may involve standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, along with bending, reaching, twisting, pulling, stooping, and visually checking tools or equipment. You may also need to lift, move, or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Requirements and qualifications
