Job description
Role Overview
The Kids Club Attendant supports a resort-based children’s program by ensuring young guests enjoy a fun, secure, and memorable experience throughout their stay.
Guest and Family Interaction
Serve as the main contact for parents and guardians. Welcome families, complete registrations, share activity timings, and offer reassurance about safety practices and how food allergies are handled.
Safety and Supervision
Maintain a closely supervised environment for all enrolled children. Follow strict check-in and check-out controls, confirm authorized pickups, and keep the required child-to-adult ratios in place.
Facility Care
Keep the Kids Club area neat, sanitized, and well-organized. Reset activity spaces regularly, arrange toys and materials, disinfect equipment, and escalate any maintenance concerns or hazards.
Activity Delivery
Plan and run a variety of engaging daily activities such as arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, pool-based games, themed celebrations, movie nights, and outdoor sports.
Behavior and Issue Management
Address small disagreements between children, help with homesickness, and manage behavior calmly through patience and positive encouragement.
Requirements and Qualifications
This role requires a strong childcare background combined with the service mindset expected in a premium hospitality setting. Candidates should be energetic, patient, culturally aware, and comfortable interacting with international families.
