About the Role
This position is for a Kids Club Attendant at a luxury hospitality property in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering a warm, engaging, and safe experience for children while supporting the Kids Club team in daily operations, activities, events, and guest service.

Key Duties
- Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to children at all times
- Oversee and organize all activities run through the Kids Club
- Host birthday celebrations and special events for children
- Develop fresh arts and crafts activities for the Kids Club
- Plan and execute seasonal ideas for summer camps, Halloween, Christmas, and other scheduled programs
- Train new team members on day-to-day Kids Club procedures and encourage teamwork to maintain high guest satisfaction
- Escalate incidents, guest feedback, and comments to the Kids Club Supervisor
- Track arts and crafts inventory and report low stock levels
- Keep all play and activity areas clean and well maintained to support child safety
- Ensure all attendants follow established Kids Club procedures
- Create wall and window artwork for the Kids Club
- Supervise children inside the club and remain attentive to their safety
- Assist at the Kids Club reception during busy periods
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned
Candidate Profile
- Russian language proficiency is mandatory
- Genuine interest in working with children
- Energetic, creative, positive, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Well-organized and results-driven, with the ability to stay flexible and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound problem-solving ability
- Dependable, accountable, and highly reliable

- Able to stay calm, courteous, and focused on children’s needs at all times
