As a Kids Club Attendant at the Shebara Resort in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, you will craft and deliver interactive, educational, and entertaining programs catered primarily to children, whilst upholding the company values of Respect, Responsibility, Passion, and Collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate enjoyable, interactive activities and educational programs for children and families, integrating play with learning.
• Develop themed workshops, games, and events that reflect the resort's ethos and uphold high standards of luxury hospitality.
• Employ storytelling and creative methods to engage guests of diverse ages and learning styles in a welcoming environment.
• Customize activities to meet the preferences and cultural sensitivities of guests, fostering inclusive and memorable experiences.
• Design and coordinate programs around creativity, sustainability, nature, history, and cultural immersion integrated with resort-wide events.
• Collaborate with departments like Kids Club, Spa, Recreation, and Food & Beverage to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
• Ensure child and guest safety by adhering to resort protocols, supervising activities attentively, and communicating effectively with parents or guardians.
• Collect and respond professionally to guest feedback, adapting offerings to continuously enhance service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of participation and manage materials inventory related to activities.
• Work with team members to promote a positive environment and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Assist with additional guest services and resort functions as needed to maintain excellent service standards.
