Kids Club Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Recreation professional to advance their career as a Kids Club Attendant. This role involves ensuring efficient, timely completion of all Kids Club duties while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Assistant Recreation Manager and Recreation Supervisor to guarantee a secure setting for children attending the Kids Club or crèche.
• Ensure that all parents accurately complete registration forms detailing their child's history.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all toys and equipment available at the club or crèche.
• Keep all equipment clean and in proper working order.
• Report to management regarding needs for additional or replacement toys.
• Adhere strictly to daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as specified by the Recreation Supervisor.
• Enforce all club rules and regulations consistently.
• Ensure the club and crèche areas remain clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay informed about the club’s facilities, operating hours, promotions, and pricing policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a diploma or vocational training related to kindergarten or childcare, along with prior relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate genuine passion and creativity in caring for children.
• Have strong command of English and effective interpersonal communication skills.
