Role Summary

The Kids Club Animator is responsible for delivering enjoyable, age-appropriate, and safe activities for children staying at the resort. The role focuses on creating memorable moments that reflect the SO/ brand spirit and the All-Inclusive Collection concept through play, learning, creativity, and interactive entertainment.

Activity Delivery

• Plan and lead daily children’s programs that may include arts and crafts, games, sports, storytelling, and themed experiences across different age groups.
• Use imagination, energy, and a lively personality to make each session engaging and interactive.
• Assist with family-focused events, seasonal activities, and themed celebrations in coordination with other resort teams.

Guest Experience

• Greet children and parents in a warm, professional manner and clearly explain schedules and safety rules.
• Develop positive connections with young guests to encourage memorable experiences and repeat participation.
• Represent the SO/ brand through an enthusiastic, polished, and guest-centric approach in every interaction.

Safety and Compliance

• Continuously supervise children during activities and maintain a secure environment aligned with resort procedures and childcare standards.
• Follow child sign-in and sign-out processes carefully and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Keep the Kids Club space, tools, and activity materials clean, organized, and safe to use.

Teamwork

• Collaborate with other Kids Club colleagues and contribute to a supportive, positive team environment.
• Share suggestions and ideas for new activities or improvements that can enhance the overall family experience.

Qualifications

• Background in childcare, recreation, entertainment, or hospitality is preferred; prior Kids Club experience in a resort or hotel is an added advantage.
• Outgoing, imaginative, and high-energy personality with a genuine interest in working with children.
• Strong verbal communication and people skills; English is required, and other languages are beneficial.
• Ability to lead groups of children through games, performances, and interactive play.
• Understanding of child safety practices and first aid; CPR certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work during weekends, public holidays, and evenings when required.
