Role Summary

The Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating enjoyable, safe, and memorable activities for children staying at the resort. The role is focused on designing and delivering engaging programs that blend play, learning, imagination, and the brand’s all-inclusive guest experience.

Key Duties

• Plan and lead daily children’s entertainment activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, storytelling, and themed sessions for different age groups.
• Use creativity and a lively presentation style to make each activity interactive and enjoyable.
• Support family-oriented events, seasonal celebrations, and themed parties in coordination with other resort teams.
• Welcome children and parents in a friendly manner and explain activity timings and safety rules clearly.
• Create positive relationships with young guests and encourage them to return for more activities.
• Represent the hotel’s style, energy, and service standards in every interaction.
• Supervise children continuously to maintain safety and follow resort child-care procedures.
• Follow check-in and check-out processes carefully and keep accurate records.
• Keep the Kids Club space, toys, tools, and materials tidy, safe, and in good condition.
• Work collaboratively with other Kids Club colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Share suggestions for new activity ideas and improvements to strengthen the family guest experience.

Required Profile

• Background in childcare, recreation, entertainment, or hospitality is preferred; prior Kids Club experience in a hotel or resort is an added advantage.
• Energetic, outgoing, and imaginative personality with a real interest in working with children.
• Good communication and people skills; English is mandatory, and additional languages are beneficial.
• Ability to entertain and involve groups of children through games, performances, and hands-on activities.
• Understanding of child safety practices and first aid; CPR certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work during weekends, holidays, and evenings when needed.
