The team environment is global, diverse, and centered on collaboration.

Role Overview

As a Keyholder, you will represent the Fossil brand on the shop floor and help deliver an excellent customer experience. The role combines customer engagement, selling, visual support, and day-to-day accountability for store operations when management is not present.

Key Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and proactively, creating a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty by delivering a high-quality sales interaction.
  • Recommend products using strong product knowledge and brand storytelling.
  • Take responsibility for personal sales goals and KPI performance.
  • Use effective one-to-one selling techniques and remain adaptable to customer needs.
  • Assist with product display and visual merchandising standards.
  • Help maintain a productive team environment and contribute to store success.

Additional Keyholder Accountabilities

  • Keep a designated set of store keys securely so the store can be opened or closed when no manager is on duty.
  • When management is absent, carry out opening and closing routines, complete daily planners, review reports, guide and support the team, and ensure health and safety requirements are followed at all times.
  • Act as a responsible lead by setting the standard for store behaviour, supporting management, and demonstrating Fossil’s core values.

About You

  • You work well as part of a team and are comfortable with a practical, hands-on approach.
  • You have a genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle products, and people.
  • You bring a friendly, service-first mindset.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently.
  • You are motivated by sales targets and KPI delivery.
  • You can work flexibly according to store needs.
  • You are open to learning and committed to doing the job well.

What We Offer

  • Ongoing opportunities to grow and develop professionally.
  • Staff discounts on Fossil products.
  • An inclusive, collaborative workplace shaped by strong values.
  • Holiday entitlement and time-off benefits.
  • A pension scheme.
  • Commission opportunities.
  • Employee Assistance Programme support.
  • Life assurance cover.
