Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver an inclusive and positive shopping experience, exemplifying leadership on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
  • Mentor Sales Associates in real time, emphasizing strong behaviors in an enjoyable workplace.
  • Manage sales performance periods using live data and KPIs to coach teams, ensuring maximum sales capture.
  • Provide personalized product guidance and bra fittings to meet customers' unique needs.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and ensure the team shares this expertise with customers.
  • Handle difficult situations with composure, resolving conflicts with staff and customers.
  • Contribute to training, visual merchandising, and store operations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in apparel or lifestyle retail, preferably with leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards business success and excellent customer service.
  • Experience utilizing KPIs to make informed decisions and enhance sales during peak times.
  • Calm, resourceful, and able to de-escalate complex scenarios effectively.

Eligibility and Working Conditions

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to lift packages weighing up to 25 pounds and move throughout the store for a full shift.
  • Part-time staff must be available for 15 to 20 hours weekly, increasing up to 29 hours during busy periods, with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
  • Full-time employees must maintain flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.

Additional Information

  • Positions available as part-time and full-time permanent roles.
  • Hourly pay rate is $20.90 CAD.
