Overview
The Key Lead plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by supervising the sales floor and supporting team members. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, this individual coaches Brand Representatives and Stock Associates to ensure smooth store operations. As part of the leadership team, the Key Lead drives store success by enhancing customer experience and meeting daily sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct store opening and closing procedures effectively.
- Manage transactions through register and point-of-sale systems.
- Process and complete OMNI channel orders efficiently.
- Leverage product expertise and brand knowledge to boost sales.
- Create and maintain attractive visual displays within the store.
- Utilize sales reporting data to support informed managerial decisions.
- Safeguard store assets and execute inventory control tasks.
