About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Key Accounts Executive to oversee and optimize marketplace accounts across the GCC region. This role involves managing all aspects related to listings, inventory, pricing strategies, order fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with marketplace regulations in the given geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end management of GCC marketplace accounts, including uploading and managing product listings.
- Develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies to maximize growth and profitability.
- Coordinate order processing and fulfillment activities efficiently.
- Monitor account health metrics and manage dispute resolution as necessary.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Ensure adherence to regional marketplace policies to maintain compliance and avoid penalties.
Requirements
- Graduation degree is required to be eligible for this position.
- Comfortable working night shifts as per operational demands.
- Experience or understanding of key account management, sales, or presales in marketplace or e-commerce environments is preferred.
