Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach is seeking a dependable Ken Fix It to handle upkeep and repair work across its hotel facilities. The position focuses on keeping guest rooms in excellent condition and making sure maintenance concerns are resolved quickly to support a smooth guest experience.

What you will do

• Provide courteous service to guests while addressing their maintenance needs.
• Act quickly on repair requests and issues reported in guest rooms.
• Carry out routine maintenance and preventative checks in hotel guest rooms.
• Work in a safe, responsible, and environmentally conscious manner to protect guests and staff.
• Follow the hotel’s health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures.

What we are looking for

• Prior experience as a Ken Fix It or in a comparable maintenance position.
• Practical knowledge of general maintenance methods and processes.
• Ability to work on your own and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong focus on detail and sound troubleshooting ability.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• HVAC, plumbing, or related certification will be an advantage.
