Role overview
For the Zwickau area, a growing security services provider is looking for dependable and motivated staff to support loss prevention and site safety. The position is permanent, scheduled for 40 hours per week, and can start immediately. The hourly pay is between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR, depending on qualification and the type of assignment.
Key responsibilities
- Keep a close watch on activity across the sales floor and identify behaviour that could indicate theft or other suspicious conduct.
- Carry out regular patrols through the store and help protect merchandise and stock.
- Record incidents carefully and prepare written reports on theft-related events and other notable observations.
- Work closely with store staff to maintain a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist with clarifying incidents.
Profile and requirements
- Strong powers of observation and a sharp eye for detail to spot suspicious behaviour early.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and, when needed, interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to stay calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
- Honesty, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility to maintain trust with the company and its customers.
