Kaufhausdetektiv (m/w/d) – Quereinsteiger willkommen

About the role

We are a growing security services business focused on delivering dependable protection solutions for our clients. To strengthen our team in Salzgitter, we are looking for reliable and motivated people who want to work in loss prevention and store security.

This position is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour workweek. The earliest possible start date is immediate. Compensation is paid hourly at EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00, depending on qualifications and the scope of duties.

Key duties

• Monitor activity on the sales floor and spot suspicious behavior at an early stage.
• Carry out regular patrols throughout the department store and help protect merchandise and stock.
• Record incidents and prepare reports on theft cases and other notable observations.
• Work closely with store staff to help maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.
