Role overview

We are a growing security-services provider looking to strengthen our team in the Verden (Aller) area. The role is full-time, based on site, and offered on a permanent basis with an earliest possible start immediately. Working time is 40 hours per week.

The position focuses on safeguarding retail premises, observing customer activity, preventing losses, and supporting a safe shopping environment through professional, calm, and service-oriented conduct.

Key duties

• Monitor activity on the sales floor and spot suspicious behavior at an early stage.
• Carry out regular patrols throughout the store and help protect merchandise and stock.
• Record incidents carefully and prepare reports on thefts and other irregularities.
• Work closely with sales staff to contribute to a secure shopping experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.

• Strong observation skills and attention to detail to identify suspicious actions quickly.
• Good communication skills for teamwork and, when needed, contact with customers or employees.
• Ability to stay calm and act with composure in stressful or demanding situations.
