Overview

For a growing security services company in Berlin, we are looking for reliable and motivated people to strengthen the team in the retail security area. The position is full-time with 40 hours per week, offered on a permanent basis, and can start immediately.

Hourly compensation is stated at EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00, depending on qualifications and the area of responsibility.

What the role involves

• Keeping an eye on activity in the sales area and spotting suspicious behavior at an early stage.
• Making regular rounds through the store and helping protect merchandise and stock.
• Recording incidents and preparing reports on thefts and other unusual events.
• Working closely with sales staff to help maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Responding quickly and professionally to security alerts and supporting follow-up investigations.
