Role overview

For our expanding security services business, we are looking for dependable and motivated team members in the Bremerhaven area. The position is a permanent full-time role with a 40-hour workweek and can start immediately. This opportunity is especially suitable for career changers who are interested in professional security and loss-prevention work.

Compensation

The role offers an hourly wage between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR, depending on qualifications and the area of assignment.

Key duties

• Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify suspicious behavior at an early stage.
• Carry out regular patrols through the store and help protect merchandise and stock.
• Record incidents and prepare written reports on thefts and other irregularities.
• Work closely with store staff to contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist with incident clarification.
