Kanban Inspector - Lean Production

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Record inspection outcomes accurately using internal reporting systems.
• Identify and address potential production or delivery issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in manufacturing or inspection is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours and Location

This position is based in Poole, England, with flexible working hours available over 4 or 5 days per week between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
