Overview
Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Poole as a Kanban Inspector focused on Lean Production principles. This role offers an opportunity to engage hands-on with quality assurance within a busy and expanding production environment. Full training is provided, welcoming candidates with or without previous inspection experience who are eager to develop their manufacturing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Record inspection outcomes accurately using internal reporting systems.
- Identify and address potential production or delivery issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or inspection is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team focused on production goals.
Working Hours and Location
This position is based in Poole, England, with flexible working hours available over 4 or 5 days per week between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
