For a long-established, family-run construction company with a strong track record in building and civil engineering, this position offers the chance to join an established estimating team focused on turnkey construction. The role is based in Mönchengladbach, Germany.

Your work

• Prepare cost estimates for turnkey construction projects.
• Review tender documents and bills of quantities in detail.
• Calculate the costs of materials, subcontractors and own workforce contributions.
• Request, compare and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Support the bidding phase, including pricing calculations.
• Work closely with site management, project management and external partners.

What you should bring

• Training or a degree in construction-related studies, such as civil engineering, architecture or construction technology.
• About 3 years of experience in estimating within turnkey construction.
• Solid knowledge of VOB and construction cost estimation.
• Experience with RIB iTWO or NEVARIS is an advantage.
• A structured and self-directed way of working.
