Your profile
- A completed degree in civil engineering (TU/FH) or a similar technical qualification is expected.
- You should be comfortable using construction-related software, ideally RIB iTWO.
- Practical experience in estimating, VOB, and contract administration is required.
- Solid command of MS Office and MS Project is important for the role.
- Good written and spoken English skills are desirable.
- The position calls for a strong sense of responsibility, goal-driven work habits, and a high level of initiative and motivation.
- You should work independently, flexibly, and in a structured way, while also bringing commercial thinking and a high personal standard.
What you will do
- Review and assess tender documents in detail.
- Support and coordinate colleagues involved during the bidding phase.
- Communicate within the project team and with clients, authorities, experts, subcontractors, planning partners, and internal specialist departments.
- Prepare bills of quantities and independently calculate costs and performance scopes.
- Define market enquiries and implement award processes for supplier and subcontractor services.
- Assist technical departments in preparing alternative bids and special proposals.
