Key responsibilities

  • Prepare cost calculations and quotations for cleaning and maintenance services for residential properties
  • Review tender documents and service specifications in detail
  • Determine labour, material, and equipment costs
  • Carry out profitability and competitive market analyses
  • Work closely with sales, operational managers, and clients
  • Support follow-up calculations and price negotiations
  • Maintain and further develop calculation bases and key figures

Profile

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or alternatively a relevant degree
  • Experience in pricing cleaning, maintenance, or infrastructure-related facility management services
  • Confident use of Excel and standard estimating/calculation software
  • Structured, analytical approach to work
  • Strong numerical understanding and commercial mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
