Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost calculations and quotations for cleaning and maintenance services for residential properties
- Review tender documents and service specifications in detail
- Determine labour, material, and equipment costs
- Carry out profitability and competitive market analyses
- Work closely with sales, operational managers, and clients
- Support follow-up calculations and price negotiations
- Maintain and further develop calculation bases and key figures
Profile
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or alternatively a relevant degree
- Experience in pricing cleaning, maintenance, or infrastructure-related facility management services
- Confident use of Excel and standard estimating/calculation software
- Structured, analytical approach to work
- Strong numerical understanding and commercial mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
