- Take part in testing and feedback cycles, using insights to improve usability and interaction quality over time.
What you’ll bring
- Some experience in UX or UI design, ideally across web or mobile products.
- Strong visual design capability, with care for layout, typography, colour and interaction details.
- Hands-on ability with tools such as Figma for components, screens and design systems.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and explaining design decisions clearly.
- A curious, experimental mindset and the willingness to work through ambiguity.
- An understanding of accessibility and a commitment to creating inclusive, easy-to-use experiences.
What we offer
- Superannuation contributions topped up to 13%.
- 20 days of annual leave plus 5 additional MyLeave days for what matters to you.
- Flexible working options, including working from home through myFlex.
- Up to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor cover.
- Discounts through partner offers on private health insurance, technology and appliances.
- Industry-leading 20 weeks of paid parental leave.
- Access to LinkedIn Learning, IAG Academy, study support and secondment opportunities.
