The company focuses on streamlining corporate operations through workflow automation, infrastructure development, and digital transformation. We are searching for a dynamic female Junior Tele-Sales and Executive Assistant to energize our business functions and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate high-volume outbound B2B sales calls using Zoho CRM to effectively market, pitch, and close deals on various technology solutions and automation services.
• Serve as a pivotal operational and organizational support to the CEO, managing daily schedules, client concept mapping, and monitoring project progress.
• Oversee the scheduling of freelance field engineering technicians and coordinate client onboarding procedures.
• Prepare and send professional estimates and digital contracts, while managing client payment and deposit tracking through Zoho Books.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in English with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive, goal-oriented approach comfortable with making frequent outbound calls to corporate clients, both cold and warm.
• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills, including adeptness in managing software-based project boards and team coordination.
• Availability to begin work immediately on a full-time basis with no required notice period.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license and a personal vehicle is advantageous but not mandatory, as this is primarily an office-based role.
