Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Team Assistant to support investment professionals at a renowned global investment management firm based in prime Frankfurt. This permanent, full-time role offers exposure to comprehensive assistant duties within a fast-paced private equity environment and provides a strong foundation for career growth in this sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings across various time zones
- Organizing business travel arrangements
- Handling expense claims and timesheet processing
- Assisting with report and presentation preparation and editing
- Performing administrative tasks such as printing, copying, and binding
- Data entry and CRM system management
- Supporting team and company events, projects, and initiatives
- Providing holiday and absence cover within the Assistant team
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an Assistant in a demanding international corporate setting
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and professional proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative team mindset
- Professional, service-oriented, and personable demeanor
- Proactive approach with a focus on solutions
- High integrity and sound judgment
