This position is based in Berlin or Munich, where your main responsibility will be to proactively source and engage highly qualified candidates. Using online platforms, social media, and professional networks, you will identify and directly connect with potential candidates. As a Junior Talent Sourcer, you will act as the enthusiastic, empathetic, and positive liaison between the company and prospective talent, ensuring a seamless connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and reach out to top-tier candidates through effective and smart search strategies across various online channels.
• Serve as a crucial contact point for candidates, leveraging your energy and empathy to build strong relationships.
• Evaluate and pre-qualify candidates by applying your interest and knowledge in modern technologies and digitalization, ensuring the best fit for diverse job profiles.
• Utilize technological tools and methods to make the recruitment process more efficient and continuously optimize sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Completed academic degree with initial experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Familiarity with online platforms, social media, and professional networks, and ability to navigate them in a professional manner.
• Team-oriented mindset valuing mutual support and continuous learning, contributing both expertise and positive traits essential for effective talent identification.
• Fluent communication skills in German and capable of conducting interviews with international candidates in English.
