Role overview
In this role, you will support hiring efforts by identifying talent across multiple technology areas, reviewing applications, and helping bring in strong candidates who can contribute to business growth. You will partner with hiring managers in different countries to clarify workforce needs, shape sourcing approaches, and ensure candidates have a smooth and professional experience throughout the process.
What you need to bring
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience gained in a multinational organization or a recruitment agency.
- Hands-on exposure to finding candidates through both direct outreach and indirect sourcing methods, including professional networking.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Well-developed stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to manage and coordinate several recruitment projects across different countries.
- A proactive, flexible, motivated, and technology-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools is considered an advantage.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Key responsibilities
- Attract talent through a mix of channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Review CVs, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical capability, relevant background, and culture fit.
- Oversee the recruitment process from first contact through offer discussions and onboarding support.
- Maintain an active pipeline of suitable candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Work with hiring managers and HR teams across the CE region to improve hiring processes and recruitment practices.
- Track and share recruitment data such as time to fill, candidate quality, and diversity-related efforts.
- Keep up to date with market trends, emerging tools, and best practices to strengthen hiring strategies.
