Job description

About Supplement Hub

Supplement Hub is an internationally expanding supplement company with several brands under one roof. The team works quickly, takes ownership, and keeps communication direct and efficient. The company is looking to add support to its Supply Chain function.

Role overview

In this position, you will help ensure products move smoothly from suppliers through freight partners and onward to Amazon as well as the company’s 3PL warehouses. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Assistant and report to the Head of Supply Chain.

What you will do

  • Handle day-to-day coordination with suppliers and make sure quantities, delivery dates, and product quality are on track.
  • Manage freight and transport partners by registering incoming deliveries, monitoring shipments, and escalating issues when delays or problems arise.
  • Keep a close eye on stock levels, coverage, and sell-through so the team can react quickly, especially around product launches.
  • Plan replenishment for Amazon and 3PL locations to avoid stockouts.
  • Prioritize production orders based on inventory and sales performance so the right products are manufactured at the right time.

What you should bring

  • A university degree, preferably with a background in supply chain, logistics, or business administration.
  • Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools is an advantage. The current environment uses Looker Studio, and the company plans to build its own solution in AWS, so you may help shape the future tool stack.
  • Enjoyment in working with data, along with the ability to explain findings clearly to suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • A structured and careful way of working, with comfort handling both recurring tasks and changing processes.
  • Fluent professional-level German and English.

Benefits

The company offers a remote-first setup, with the option to visit the Berlin office at any time. Employees get an unlimited vacation policy, annual offsite gatherings abroad, and regular on-site meetups in Berlin. You’ll also have direct access to the founders, fast decision-making, and the chance to take on your own projects and more responsibility after onboarding. A modern work setup with the tools needed for the job is provided.
