Job description
Role overview
We are looking for a junior supply chain professional to join a fast-growing business in the e-commerce and consumer goods space. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to begin a career in supply chain management or take the next step after internships, working student roles, or initial professional experience. The position is designed for someone who likes to work with data, thinks in a structured way, and wants to make a direct impact on international material flows and core business processes.
You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain, help shape day-to-day supply chain activities, and take ownership of your own projects after onboarding.
What you will do
- Coordinate suppliers and international logistics partners and keep operations moving smoothly.
- Manage transport activities and freight forwarding processes from planning through monitoring.
- Track warehouse inventory levels and product availability on an ongoing basis.
- Support demand planning and replenishment planning to keep stock at the right level.
- Prioritize and coordinate production and purchasing orders.
- Review supply chain KPIs and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Help improve existing processes across the supply chain.
- Assist with escalations and contribute to dependable product supply.
- Own individual projects and take on more responsibility once you are fully trained.
What you should bring
- A completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome, especially if they have completed internships, working student roles, or gained first professional experience.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Initial experience with BI tools, data analysis, or reporting systems.
- Exposure to Looker Studio, AWS, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Excellent German and English skills for professional communication.
- Strong comfort with numbers and an interest in making decisions based on data.
- A proactive mindset and the willingness to tackle challenges directly.
What is offered
- Remote-first working style with flexible hybrid options in Berlin.
- A permanent full-time position.
- 30 days of annual leave.
- A modern toolset including Looker Studio, AWS, and other data-driven solutions.
- Direct collaboration with experienced leaders and short decision-making paths.
- Regular team meetups in Berlin.
- An annual international company offsite.
- Direct access to the founders and insight into strategic company decisions.
- Independent projects and real scope to shape outcomes.
- Fast growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company.
- Extra team support to help with administrative tasks.
Why this role stands out
This is more than a standard junior position. You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain, take on responsibility early, and actively shape processes. Instead of being limited by rigid corporate structures, you will have the opportunity to create visible impact and grow together with the company.
If you want to do more than just manage supply chain operations and instead help build them, this role offers a strong entry point.
