Role overview

In this role, you will support the kitchen as a Junior Sous Chef at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail in Doha, Qatar. The position focuses on keeping day-to-day culinary operations running smoothly while helping create memorable dining experiences for guests through warm, high-quality hospitality.

What you will do

• Provide direct, practical guidance to kitchen team members, especially across Food & Beverage outlets, and coach them on the spot when needed.
• Coordinate daily back-of-house activity, including production planning, line checks, and service execution.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of seasonal menus, promotional items, and daily chef specials.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams so service stays efficient and aligned.
• Support administrative kitchen tasks such as stock take coordination, purchasing, and roster scheduling.
