About the Role
We are seeking Junior Software Developers proficient in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL to join a rapidly growing FinTech organization in London offering hybrid work arrangements. This company provides advanced technology solutions that empower prominent financial institutions globally, streamlining complex financial operations, enhancing regulatory compliance, and delivering strategic insights.
As part of the development team, you'll contribute to new Greenfield projects, tackling challenging problems and building a centralised SaaS platform from the ground up. This platform aims to assist clients in managing costs, adhering to diverse international regulations, and optimizing cashflow more efficiently than ever before.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Developers, Designers, Analysts, and Testers to design, maintain, and improve software systems tailored to client needs.
- Develop and modify existing systems to address complex problems using cutting-edge technology.
- Participate in the creation of a disruptive centralized SaaS platform for the financial sector.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in software development languages including C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Preferred: Degree in Computer Science with a First-Class honours.
- 1-2 years of professional experience developing backend applications, ideally with ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL; familiarity with .NET Core or Framework is advantageous.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and interest in the FinTech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to teamwork.
- Motivated self-starter eager to learn new technologies and embrace challenges.
