Key Duties

• Manage comprehensive growth initiatives for assigned YouTube channels.
• Develop and implement monthly content plans grounded in audience data and organizational goals.
• Perform keyword research and enhance video metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails to improve YouTube SEO.
• Evaluate channel analytics to propose data-based enhancements.
• Monitor significant metrics such as views, watch time, click-through rate, audience retention, subscriber count, and engagement levels.
• Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, educators, designers, video editors, and thumbnail artists to guarantee prompt content publication.
• Oversee content scheduling, ensuring timely uploads following the content calendar.
• Spot emerging trends, study competitor strategies, and explore new content possibilities.
• Initiate and analyze experiments, including A/B testing of thumbnails and titles to boost video outcomes.
• Optimize content placement for YouTube Search, Suggested Videos, and Browse features.
• Administer community engagement tools including posts, playlists, Shorts, live events, and other features.
• Compile detailed weekly and monthly reports highlighting actionable insights and trends.
• Work alongside marketing to enhance promotional activities across platforms.
• Keep abreast of YouTube algorithm updates, creator trends, and industry best practices.
• Drive channel growth targets and continual advancement of content quality and reach.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and comprehensive understanding of YouTube Analytics.
• Expertise in YouTube SEO and strategies to foster audience growth.

• Experienced in content planning and managing projects efficiently.
