Junior Social Media Manager (w/m/x)

About the Role

As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will support our team in implementing social media and content activities, primarily focusing on Instagram and TikTok. You will coordinate content, campaigns, and alignments with internal departments, brands, and external collaborators. A key part of your role involves managing Influencer and User-Generated Content (UGC) initiatives throughout the entire process—from planning and execution to monitoring, reporting, and developing optimization strategies. Your efforts will enhance our social media presence and creator activations continuously.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and maintain the social media and content calendar in collaboration with internal teams and brands.
• Develop creative briefs for content production, oversee the production process, and assist with content publication.
• Manage social media campaigns, product placements, and creator activations in cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Handle influencer and UGC collaborations across all phases, including planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Oversee seeding activities, maintain relevant datasets, and support contract and organizational tasks.
• Analyze key social media and campaign metrics to draw insights and propose actionable improvements.
• Assist with giveaways, creator engagements, and event collaborations, covering coordination, organization, and on-site content support.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, media, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Initial practical experience in social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, or campaign management.
• A strong eye for social media content, digital trends, and brand-appropriate communication.
• Preferably some experience working with influencers, creators, brands, or agencies.
• Ability to interpret metrics, derive insights, and suggest concrete optimizations.
• Excellent German language skills and good command of English.
