Job description
About the company
Our client is a long-established provider of innovative dental medicine and dental technology with more than 60 years of experience. The business develops carefully matched dental products and systems that combine high quality and safety standards with strong aesthetic results.
Role overview
The role focuses on creating engaging social media content, helping to shape recruitment-oriented social channels, and contributing creatively to broader marketing efforts. You will work in a fast-moving environment where ideas, testing, and hands-on execution matter.
Key responsibilities
- Concept and create social media content designed to stand out in the feed.
- Plan, film, and edit reels and videos with a creative and efficient approach.
- Appear on camera to provide authentic and relatable insights.
- Contribute ideas to further develop social media recruiting activities.
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and approaches while keeping performance in mind.
- Support marketing initiatives wherever your contribution can create the greatest impact.
What we are looking for
- Social media should feel like your natural environment; a specific educational background is secondary at first.
- You quickly understand trends, tone of voice, and how different platforms work.
- Some hands-on experience is helpful for understanding how companies operate.
- You work independently and in a structured way while staying aligned with the team.
- Managing several parallel projects energizes rather than overwhelms you.
- Reliability, strong organisation, and a sense of responsibility are second nature, including in a regulated environment; English is available for day-to-day communication.
What you can expect
- A secure position in a growing MedTech sector with long-term prospects.
- Varied work with no routine monotony; every day brings something different.
- Close collaboration with the team and external partners.
- Short decision paths, quick approvals, and space to try things out.
- Early responsibility and on-the-job development rather than a lengthy ramp-up.
- Flexible working within a small, well-coordinated team with open and uncomplicated cooperation; at least 3 days per week must be spent in the office.

The job is based in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany, and is intended to be carried out on site. The company is described as a small, experienced team with a straightforward working style.
