Your role

As a Junior Social Media Content Creator, you will grow into a responsible position while working closely with an experienced team. You will gradually take on content, strategy, and concept tasks across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Help shape sustainable social media strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Create and adapt copy for different channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms.
• Support the development of video and short-form content concepts, including Reels and TikTok formats.
• Work closely with the daily content editorial team and exchange learnings and insights.

What you should bring

The ideal candidate enjoys writing engaging as well as informative copy, brings some initial exposure to social media or content creation, and can turn ideas into short, clear, and effective text. You should be able to understand new target groups quickly, identify their needs and pain points, and present product benefits in a simple and compelling way. A genuine enthusiasm for social media, strong written German, good grammar and spelling, a confident sense of style, and everyday use of MS Office and AI tools are also important.

Requirements

• Creative ideas and enjoyment in writing entertaining and professional copy.
• Initial experience in social media or content creation, for example through studies, an internship, an apprenticeship, or personal projects.
• Ability to transform information into short, crisp, and easy-to-understand text.
• Strong empathy for different target groups and the ability to spot their goals and challenges.
• Skill in highlighting product advantages clearly and understandably.
• Strong interest in social media.
• Confident use of MS Office and regular use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Very good language sensitivity, accurate grammar, and correct spelling.
