Role Summary

We are seeking a Junior SEO Executive focused on Google My Business (GMB) profile management to assist in optimizing and maintaining local business listings for top healthcare brands. This full-time, on-site position in Noida is designed for professionals with 1–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, offering a pathway to specialize in Local SEO, Hyperlocal Search, and AI Search Optimization.

Key Duties

• Assist in setting up, verifying, and optimizing Google Business Profiles, ensuring their information is accurate and consistent.
• Resolve issues like duplicate entries and inaccurate business data on listings.
• Monitor profile health regularly to uphold compliance with Google’s best practices.
• Support initiatives to boost local search visibility on Google Maps and local pack results through citation building and updating local landing pages.
• Implement schema markup with guidance from senior team members and gain practical knowledge of AI-enhanced search optimization methods.
• Track performance metrics such as website clicks, calls, direction requests, visibility, and keyword rankings; prepare reports and use spreadsheets for analysis.
• Collaborate closely with senior SEO experts on enterprise-level Google Business Profile management and participate in process improvements and automation efforts.
• Engage in ongoing learning to stay updated with the latest trends in Local SEO, AI search, and Google profile optimization.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in SEO or Google Business Profile management.
• Fundamental knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and basic local SEO concepts.
• Familiarity with SEO analytics tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz or similar platforms.
• Basic skillset in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Motivated to learn emerging Local SEO technologies and tools.
• Preferred experience or interest in healthcare-related industries and AI-based search optimization techniques such as AEO and GEO.
• Exposure to local SEO platforms like BrightLocal, Yext, Uberall, Local Falcon, or Synup is a plus.
