About the Role

As a trusted partner of Oracle Hospitality (formerly MICROS Fidelio), the global leader in hotel software and POS solutions, we have supported hundreds of hotels for over 30 years with customized IT solutions spanning software, hardware, and fiscal compliance. Our services include installation, setup, and customer training. Key Responsibilities

  • Independently plan and execute sales activities aimed at acquiring new clientele with a results-driven approach.
  • Proactively and strategically engage prospective customers to present our company’s offerings and continuously grow and nurture the client base.
  • Advise interested parties and existing customers on available solutions, deliver product demonstrations both virtually and in person, prepare detailed proposals, monitor follow-ups, negotiate contracts, and transition projects to our project management team.
  • Maintain, organize, document, and categorize new and existing sales opportunities using our browser-based CRM system; manage all customer interactions including sales forecasting.
  • Represent the company externally by visiting potential and current customers, attending industry events and trade fairs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Completed education or degree in hospitality, tourism, or related fields; alternatively, a business-related education or degree with initial sales experience in hotel technology supply is also acceptable.
  • Professional background in hospitality industry; sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Passion for work, excellent communication skills with potential clients, and strong negotiation abilities characterized by sales enthusiasm.
  • Confident presentation style, polished manners, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for client appointments and support presence at trade fairs, typically within Germany.
  • Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
  • Several years' operational experience with hotel software and POS systems, preferably Oracle Hospitality products such as Suite8, Opera, Opera Cloud.
  • Proficient in Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office applications, and regular use of artificial intelligence technologies professionally and personally.
  • A strong personal interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
  • Possession of a valid Class B driving license for vehicles up to 3.5 tons.
