Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter | HR Consultant (m/w/d) to strengthen our ambitious team. This position will offer exciting challenges, fostering both personal and professional growth within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and selecting appropriate talent to expand our growing team.
• Conduct interviews and manage the entire recruitment cycle.
• Support the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies.
• Collaborate closely with management to ensure adherence to best practices and optimized processes.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to various HR projects.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or HR is advantageous but not mandatory; motivation and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
• Strong communication and rhetorical skills, with the ability to inspire people both over the phone and in person.
• Highly independent with a natural inclination to take responsibility.
• Good intuition for identifying the right talent to enhance our team.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, are required; English proficiency is a plus.
