About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager (all genders) to join our team in Stuttgart, specializing in retail and window campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with clients, including high-profile names like Nespresso, overseeing projects from initiation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and manage extensive projects from order placement to final approval.
- Provide support for national and international campaigns, contributing to the client's global brand communication efforts.
- Jointly ensure quality control, budget adherence, and schedule management during all project phases.
- Act as a liaison between external partners (clients, production, suppliers) and internal teams such as graphic design.
- Plan and coordinate logistics daily while implementing process improvements in collaboration with production, logistics, development, and procurement departments.
Candidate Profile
- Completed education or degree in economics, business administration, or a technical field.
- Initial professional experience in project management or point-of-sale campaigns with technical relevance, including internships or working student roles.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a readiness to assume responsibility.
- Strong determination and a collaborative work style.
- Excellent German and English language skills, proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel capabilities; ideally some exposure to ERP systems.
